Kichari. 8 servings

Recipe Card

Kichari is total medicine and is an ancient Ayurvedic recipe for gut health made with organic mung beans and brown rice in a mild curry with organic spices. Soaking the beans and cooking everything together predigests the food, so it’s great for sensitive digestions and upset stomachs.

The hot sauce is also an ancient Ayurvedic recipe that helps the body fight colds and fever. The Cashew Raita helps balance out the hot sauce while being completely dairy free!

Just soak the beans, boil it up, and add your favourite frozen vegetables!

Muladhara Chili. 8 servings

Muladhana means Root Chakra, which is the energy centre at the base of the spine that is responsible for us feeling grounded and connected to each other and the Earth, as well as safe in our human experience. This chili is a very grounding food, both mentally as well as energetically. It fills up your tummy with nourishing protein and fibre, and gives you sustaining energy!

Just soak the beans, boil it up, and add your favourite vegetables!

Buddha Bowl. 4 servings

Recipe Card

This bowl is the famous Buddha Bowl served for years in our plant-based restaurant at Sacred Arts. This bowl has an addictive warm peanut satay sauce on top and was the single best seller! It was also what prompted us to launch our line of sauces and dressings so people could enjoy the sauce at home. Now you can enjoy the entire Buddha Bowl glory right in your own kitchen!

It’s just the right amount of filling, but also light with some raw veggies on top, and just the right mix of rich, salty, sweet, and sour.

Just boil the rice, heat up the Buddha Sauce, marinate your favourite toppings, and enjoy!

Roast Veg & Quinoa. 4 servings

Recipe Card

Quinoa is one of the few plant-based single sources of all nine essential amino acids, so it’s a great addition to a plant-based diet. With the gut-healing sweet potato and other veggies, topped with our Rajas Dressing, it’s also to-live-for delicious!

The Rajas Dressing is really special because it is thicker than other garlic-tahini dressings out there, due to us adding more nutritional yeast (boosting the B vitamins!) and not watering it down.

Just boil the seasoned quinoa, roast your veggies in the marinade, and pour the Rajas dressing on top!

Prana Salad. 4 servings

Sometimes we just need a nice salad, and this is it. Salad is all about texture and flavour balance. There should be sweet, crunchy and saucy elements to make it a really satisfying salad. Just make sure your bowl is big enough!

Just get a box of organic mixed greens, and top with the Salad Topper and Rajas Dressings!
